We decided to begin the adoption process again in July 2013. Our dossier was logged in to China just following the Chinese New Year and 3 weeks later we received a phone call with our little boy's file and immediately said YES!

It was a long and painful paperwork wait on the front end, but thankfully things sped up near the end and now we are almost there!!
